Board of Trustees
Under State law for this type of Special District, Trustees are appointed by the County and each city within the Benefit-Assessment zones of the District. Term lengths are a minimum of 2 years but a maximum of 4 years, with no term limit. Trustees volunteer their time to serve on the Board.
